A. You are using Outlook Express right? If so: 1. Ctrl A (This highlights everything) 2. File, Export, Messages 3. Select "Microsoft Windows Mail" and then press "next" 4. Select folder by pressing "browse" 5. Choose if you want everything from every file or just some stuff from a certain file. 6. Wait until it is completed and then press "finish" Hope this works :)
